Rushpool Hall wedding photographer
Rushpool Hall is a Victorian mansion tucked into the woods near Saltburn, and it is the kind of venue where you could photograph for a week and still find a new corner. Stone, trees, big rooms, and a lot of natural texture to work with.
I am a wedding photographer based in Ormskirk and I travel for weddings. Rushpool Hall is a distance from home, and I do not charge extra for it.
A real wedding at Rushpool Hall
Morgan and Joe married at Rushpool Hall in May 2026. Just before the cake cutting, Joe dropped the cake. It was pure chaos and it produced some of the funniest photographs in the gallery, which is a decent argument for photographing what actually happens rather than what was planned. They booked full day coverage and received 762 images.

What to know about photographing here
The woodland setting gives you dappled light, which is lovely and also technically awkward. It is worth asking any photographer you are considering how they handle it, because badly handled it gives you blotchy faces.
The grounds are large enough that couple portraits can take a while if you wander. Twenty minutes close to the house will usually get you more usable photographs than an hour spent walking.

Coverage and cost
Ceremony is £350 and covers up to three hours, from guest arrivals through to the group photos. Half Day Coverage is £649 and runs up to five hours, from guest arrivals through to the speeches. Full Day is £999 and covers up to ten hours, from getting ready to the first dance. Every package includes a pre-wedding consultation, a private online gallery, full-resolution downloads with full sharing and printing rights, and sneak peeks within 48 hours. Full Day also includes priority editing, with your gallery inside three weeks, and free travel.
